Print & eBook Advertising

Print and eBook ad copy is due by August 1, 2020. While we will accommodate you beyond this date when possible we appreciate your cooperation. If you did not advertise in the 2020 edition, your included MiED Pro online ad will go live in July 2020 or when your order is received, whichever is later. Payment is required in advance for first-time advertisers.


Print advertisements must conform to the following dimensions:

One-quarter page . . . . . . . . 3 5/8” wide x 4 7/8” deep

One-half page . . . . . . . . . . 3 5/8” wide x 10” deep or

One-half page . . . . . . . . . . 7 1/2” wide x 4 7/8” deep

Full page . . . . . . . . . . . . . . 7 1/2” wide x 10” deep

Bleed pages are not allowed.


    Create the ad in: Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign or save as a TIFF, print-ready PDF or EPS graphic file.

    Please supply both color and black & white ads if available. eBook displays all ads in full color free of charge.

    If the file is created in ANY program not listed above, please contact us for additional submission guidelines

    Other file formats CANNOT be accepted without special arrangement. Please note: PowerPoint, Microsoft Word and Publisher files, if submitted as ad copy, will need to be rebuilt by Red Design for inclusion in the Directory, at the advertiser’s expense.

    If the file is created in Illustrator, convert all type fonts to paths/ outlines . If the file is created in Photoshop or another graphics program, please make certain the resolution is at least 266 dpi .

    Include ALL fonts and graphics linked to or included in file, and make sure scanned graphics and photos are at least 266 dpi.


To reserve advertising space, please complete and return your order form as early as possible.

All advertisements are subject to publisher’s approval.
